The Islanders defeated the St. John Vitos 6 - 3 on Saturday in Saint John before losing 5 - 1 to the Fredericton Canadians at the Willie O'Ree Place on Sunday Afternoon. Craig Dougan led the Islanders attack against the Vitos with 2 goals while singles were scored by Jordan McInnis, Cody Coffin, Harrison Wood and Craig MacLauchlan. Max MacDonald had 3 assists, Craig MacLauchlan 2 with singles going to Brandon Gaudet, Cleve McNeill, Jeremy Balderston, Craig Dougan and Jordan McInnis. The Vitos goal scorers were Mike Richard, Ryan Langan and Scott Fenwick. Assists were credited to Andrew Dolan, Cody Kennedy, Sammy Maguire and Marcus Moser. Stephen Miller was credited with the win while Andrew Murgl was tagged with the loss. On Sunday Jordan McInnis from Jeremy Balderston and Ryan Kelly at 9:09 of the third period scored the Islanders only goal. Fredericton goal scorers were Paul Comeau, Alex Murray, Nick Jordan, Riley Dickie and Brandon Connors. Zack Digle got the win while Ryan Deagle was charged with the loss.
