The Moncton Flyers continued their dominance of the Charlottetown Mark's Work Wearhouse Islanders with a 7 - 1 thumping Sunday Afternoon in Moncton. Rejean Martin opened the scoring for the Flyers with an unassisted goal at 13:51 before Jeremy Balderston tied the game 21 seconds later with a shorthanded goal. Matt LeBlanc scored the eventual game winner at 19:24 of the first period followed by second period goals by Alexandre LeBlanc and Sean Killaire. The Flyers continued their dominance in the third with goals by Alexandre LeBlanc, Zack Cahill and Nick Smith. Rejean Martin and Justin McDonald each contributed two assists while singles went to Shane Dailaire, Zack Cahil, Matt LeBlanc, Sean Killaire, Lindon Beckwith. Jordan Murray, and Nick smith. Scott Cale earned the win stopping 22 of 23 shots he faced while Ryan Deagle faced 43 shots as the losing goalie.
